Management Team
Becca Howard - President & CEO - Becca provides strategic leadership and oversight for Energy Sourcing and also manages the administration, payroll, company benefits, etc. She has a Bachelors Degree from Texas A&M in Journalism with a minor in Marketing. Becca spent over 10 years in advertising and marketing managing print production teams. She is also a Certified Group Fitness Instructor and runs a Women's Boot Camp in Houston.
Tim Howard - VP of Sales - Tim Howard leads the Business Development for Energy Sourcing. He provides executive leadership which has been derived from over 20 years of experience working with industrial and energy based technologies. Mr. Howard has a Bachelors Degree from Texas A&M in Industrial Distribution with a minor in Marketing. He has a successful track record in selling financial and commercial systems in the Energy industry. In addition, he spent 6 years with a national consulting firm building teams to deliver large custom solutions for the financial and energy industries. In addition, Tim also leads a Men's Boot Camp and competes in triathlons.
Lyndrel Downs - Director of Recruiting - Lyndrel Downs is responsible for providing senior leadership for the recruiting team and establishing the resourcing strategies. Prior to joining Energy Sourcing, Ms Downs served for 13 years as the Senior Technical Recruiter and Senior Resource Development Manager for a national consulting firm. While there, Ms. Downs was consistently recognized nationally as one of their top ranked recruiters for her leadership and performance. In addition, she earned the honor of being selected for the distinguished President’s Club almost every year. Ms. Downs also served in technical positions with Fortune 500 companies such as ConAgra Foods, Toshiba and Bank of America.
Executive Consultants and Advisors
Dag Joraholmen - Mr. Joraholmen is senior leader presenting a unique blend of business development and operations experiences, with a strong background in domestic and international client relations. He has an MBA from Texas A&M. He has over 20 years of energy based software and services experience that crosses multiple energy verticals which has gained him deep knowledge of business processes, including upstream, midstream, transportation, engineering , fiscal and marketing operations. Mr. Joraholmen has been intimately involved with senior client leadership in the conceptual frameworks of forward looking strategic initiatives and the project management intelligence to deliver success.
Tim Mournian - Mr. Mournian has over 25 years in the international energy and offshore Oil & Gas sectors. He has an MBA and a Bachlor's degree in Mechanical Engineering form the University of Southern California (USC). Mr. Mournian has directed staff of over 30 engineers, designers, field service technicians, and buyers engaged in the design and construction of large offshore equipment. In addition, he has led sales for Automation, Drives and Control solutions into the O&G sector. He is also a former Chief Engineer on Dynamically Positioned Drill ships.
Jeff Brown - Mr. Brown has over 25 years of entrepreneurial and consulting experience building software and business services companies. He specializes in information technology for engineering, scientific and business applications. He also understands the energy industry and multinational operations. He has extensive experience working with structuring Merger & Acquisitions and advising clients on how best to prepare for upcoming M&A activities. Mr. Brown was the former President of an enterprise and wireless workflow management software and has extensive experience in geographic information systems. Mr. Brown began his career on the research staff at Columbia University and is a published author. He holds a degree in Geology from the State University of NY.
