TIM HOWARD
Co-Founder / CEO
Tim Howard is the founder of three energy technology firms. He provides executive leadership which has been derived from over 25 years of experience leading technology projects and companies within the energy sector. Tim co-founded Energy Sourcing in 2008 to help bridge the gap between the Oil & Gas companies and technology companies. Through his innovated technology accelerator program, new O&G technology companies have been able to avoid many of the barriers when entering the U.S. O&G market. Prior to Energy Sourcing, Tim served as a Director and Sr. Management leading software and consulting engagements within Fortune 100 energy and financial companies. He has degrees from Texas A&M University in Industrial Distribution and Marketing.
BECCA HOWARD
Co-Founder / President
Becca Howard, President and Co-Founder, provides strategic leadership and oversight for Energy Sourcing and also manages the administration, payroll, company benefits, etc. Becca spent over 10 years in advertising and marketing before co-founding Energy Sourcing. She has Degrees from Texas A&M in Journalism and Marketing.
JEFF BROWN
Strategy and M&A Advisor & Consultant
Jeff Brown’s specialty is structuring private technology companies for growth and acquisition. Jeff is an experienced executive having led start-ups, turnaround’s and M&A transactions, most often within the energy sector. He has over 25 years building technology companies and advising the founders, investors and boards. Jeff serves as VP of Corum Group, a leading technology M&A firm. Previously Brown was President of Worksuite, a FTSE 100 subsidiary and leader in workflow software which he restructured for divesture. He was co-founder of IntelliGIS, a pioneer in wireless computing. He launched Western Hemisphere operations for SPT, a provider of petroleum reservoir management software, and was a member of the first management team at GeoQuest Systems, a venture backed leader in petroleum decision support acquired by Raytheon and then by Schlumberger. Jeff began his career on the research faculty at Columbia University and is a published author on climate change. He holds a degree in Geology from the State University of NY.
LARS OLRIK
Growth Strategy Executive Advisor & Consultant
Lars Elias Olrik is a visionary on developing growth strategy for technology companies. He has been instrumental in leading the commercialization efforts of several O&G technology platforms and continues to provide the go to market strategy and investment strategy for new technology companies. Former Group Chief Executive Officer of Verdande Technology, has more than 15 years of professional experience in management consulting. He has held a number of executive management roles within his career across multiple industries. Lars was the UK, Vice President of CAP Gemini, a global leader in consulting, technology and professional services. Olrik became Chief Operating Officer of Smart Cell International Ltd, giving him exposure into the Health industry. Later Olrik took on the challenge of Chief Executive Officer at Keronite PLC, providing advanced surface technology solutions. Lars received degrees in Economics and Agriculture Management in Denmark and England.
REAGAN WOLFE
Managing Partner
Reagan Wolfe is responsible for technical & executive recruiting as well as strategic business relationships. For 6 years prior to joining Energy Sourcing, Reagan led the Business Development and Recruiting team for the Open Systems Houston office. Reagan has many additional years of experience as a technical recruiter. She earned her degree from Texas A&M University.
LYNDREL DOWNS
Managing Partner
Lyndrel Downs is responsible for providing senior leadership for the recruiting team and establishing the resourcing strategies. Prior to joining Energy Sourcing, Ms Downs served for 13 years as the Senior Technical Recruiter and Senior Resource Development Manager for a national consulting firm. Lyndrel earned her Mechanical Engineering degree from Prairie View University and her Business degree from University of Phoenix.
TOM MUNDHEIM
CFO & Financial Structuring Executive Consultant
Tom Mundheim is an experienced Chief Financial Officer and Chief Compliance Officer. His specialty is developing robust financial plans and investment models for small to medium firms who are seeking investment or planning significant expansions. Tom has served as Chief Financial Officer and Chief Compliance Officer at Verdande Technology AS, a venture-backed petroleum software company providing advanced drilling analytics with offices in Norway and the US. Tom has 14 years of experience in the petroleum Industry. He served as Chief Financial Officer for Altinex ASA, AGR Petroleum Services and AGR Drilling Services, divisions within the AGR Group ASA. He holds a BBA in Business Administration from the University of Hawaii.
KEVIN BRADY
Sales & Marketing Executive Advisor & Consultant
Kevin Brady specialty is working with small to mid-size companies to increase their sales performance through smart marketing initiatives, and formalized sales processes to drive sales opportunities to close. He has developed a four-step Path to Closure process that that includes lead generation, capture, response and closure. Kevin was formerly the President of Multi Products Company which manufactures and markets artificial lift products and wellhead equipment. Kevin has also held leadership positions in O&G software companies Verdande Technology and Knowledge Systems as their VP of Sales and Marketing. Prior, he spent over 12 years with Sperry Sun Drilling Services first as a field engineer and worked his way through Research and Development and Program Management positions to Marketing Communications Manager. Kevin has a B.S. Degree in Geology from Louisiana State University and a MBA in Marketing from the University of Houston.
